All three of you (Jim, Zacharias and Kenny) came into our room informed of our birth plan and stated that you intended to be "handsoff to allow us to progress as we desired". So although we sometimes didn't see you again during a shift, you offered to us exactly what we requested. Thank you for your support and respect. We felt incredibly empowered
