My wife and I will be forever grateful to Amanda and all her staff in unit 23 of the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital for the dedication, compassion and respect they provided to my step father during his battle with cancer. He was transfered to Grande Prairie from Edmonton U of A hospital in April. Upon arrival at GPRH, My wife and I were promised that they would make sure he was well cared for. That statement would turn out to be a great understatement. Within days we were treated to some of the most polite and respectful staff we have ever encountered.
