I am deeply grateful for the compassion and care I received from the staff of the radiation unit during my 39 treatments program. Each day I was greeted with warmth, humour and understanding. I was not an object to be treated but a person with feelings, and in the beginning, a shaky heart. All my uneasiness was quickly relieved by kind words.
