I couldn't stop myself from writing this review! I called 811 sometime ago and the registered nurse I spoke with was nothing short of amazing, empathetic and truly understanding of my health concern. She made me feel at ease during what could have been a stressful moment, and even sent a referral to see a physician tomorrow. In a moment of fear and vulnerability, her kindness and compassion made all the difference! I am so grateful for this amazing service and people behind it!
