I wanted to thank RN Keltie who was initially on the triage desk when we arrived on December 18, 2023 with my son who had received a deep cut to his ankle caused by a hockey skate. Her compassion, dedication to care, and her patience with all patients was eye opening. I want to thank her for making us feel cared for.
