Christine went above and beyond to ensure she provided me with all possibilities to help me solve my problem. After my gallbladder surgery I was sent home without the paper print out of my prescription, once I realized this I contacted 811 to find out if there was a way for me to obtain the prescription still. Christine put me on a brief hold and then relayed that a clinical assistant at the hospital might be able to assist. I called the hospital and they faxed the script to the pharmacy nearest to me. Christine called back and left a detailed message with additional info, while I was speaking to the hospital. Dedication and care from all parties involved.
