My daughter had an appendectomy on Aug 23, 2025. We had 2 days of ER visits trying to have it diagnosed and then to surgery. We encountered dozens of healthcare professionals but the one who stood out the absolute most was Jordanna in the Short Stay Unit. She was incredibly timely, caring, sweet and knowledgeable. She had so much patience and compassion and as a nurse myself, she made me proud to be in the same profession. She made a very hard stay end on such a high note. Please let her know how much her kindness made a difference in my daughters stay and to never ever change the way she approaches patient care. One of a kind nurse!!! We wont forget her.
