Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Daniel Tong. I wanted to express my sincere thanks for the excellent and professional service from staffs in 811 and ER at ACH. Samuel, my son, got injured at basketball practice yesterday. 811 and ACH ER gave the best medical advice, xray test and special treatment in the mid night.
