I would like to send a heartfelt thank you for the care provided to me on December 16th 2024. When I arrived for my gastroscopy, I was greeted By Dawn who met us with a smile and a calm and caring manner. When I was called by Amber to get ready for the procedure, she was calm. open and engaging putting my anxiety at rest. She clearly explained what was happening and allowed my sister to stay with me. All in all a wonderful experience with a stressed healthcare system. Keep up the good work.
