We've been to the ER twice in the last month, and one of the admitting clerks has seen us both times. Unfortunately, I don't know his name. He was in Admitting room B this morning around 0800. He has been pleasant, and clear that we shouldn't be afraid to let staff know of any changes in my daughter's condition.
