The reception at Delburne Medical, today specifically Kristie, took the time to relieve my concern about a referral that the Red Deer PCN cancelled for my stepfather. I was feeling very discounted and discouraged by the PCN and Kristie was able to empathize respectfully and assure me that my stepfather would get the care he needs. Thanx
