I’d like to share my appreciation for the MRI technologist Alex who cared for my mom the afternoon of June 14. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk my mom through the screening, offered her a warm blanket while we waited, and guided her into the MRI room with such calm reassurance. When my mom expressed some nervousness, she simply said, “I’ve got you,” and it made all the difference. Her compassion truly stood out, and we’re very grateful.
