Sunday December 17, 2017, I called into the 811 Alberta Health Services for Health Advice. I struggled majorly through the night with a Flu Virus (Fever, Headache, Entire Body Aching, Cough). I reached Carrie, a friendly RN who encouraged me things were going to be ok. I felt relief and comfort instantly from her caring words. Thank you. Lisa
