My dad had a fall about a week ago and had to be checked out in the ER. While all the staff and medics were pleasant and kind, Mackenzie went above and beyond to make sure my dad was comfortable. He's a grumpy old man, but it warmed my heart seeing him be able to laugh with someone who gets his humor. Despite watching her run back and forth, she always made an effort to make sure we were both set up ok. Thank you for your care Mackenzie!!
