Today I was at the at the emergency area and Karla was the kindest person. I arrived to visit my friend, at the beginning I had to wait, but I saw her interacting with other patients and families who arrived. She always looked in peace, was very patient and gave reassurance with her meaner. She kept me updated until I could enter to visit my friend.
