The nurses on Unit 24 showed how effective being a team can be by welcoming nursing students with the same compassionate enthusiasm they have for each other and their patients. They were committed to creating an environment of learning by being incredibly supportive, enabling us nursing students to gain the confidence required to be a good nurse.
