After 2 months of rather fragmented care my sister ended up IN FMC ER. I KNOW how stressed you guys are. The Care and attitude of the nurses was wonderful. Thank you Vivien and JOCELYN and all the rest working August 5! Medical staff were comprehensive and kind despite the pressure. GOOD job. Your approach and empathy made a huge difference.
