I was a guest of Southeast Home Care for almost a year, supporting me through 3 major surgeries in 10 months and I received exceptional care throughout and from every practitioner that helped me. I greatly appreciated my case manager Carolyn advocating for me and her personal approach to my care, it was like we were all part of a team working towards my recovery.
