I would like to complement the care I received from all the staff involved with my Day Surgery (Mar 9th and 13th). The Preadmission staff (March 9th) were excellent to deal with and very professional with their interactions from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. The nurse (Ruby) checking me in recovery nurse (Stephanie) in the admission department was also very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. All the surgery staff was very professional and guided me through the steps and reduced my uneasiness of the procedure. Nurse Lisa is a gem!
