Prescilla is a caring, patient, undertanding and competent nurse with compassion and a sense of humour. Two days after the surgery, I was feeling quite weak and did not have enough strength to close the lid of the plastic cup filled with warm water. As a result, I spilled the water all over myself and my bed. The bed was soaking wet while Prescilla was about to go for lunch. She joked with me to make me feel better and kept telling me that it was okay. She then cleaned up the mess. It was a memorable and positive experience as a vulnerable first time hospitalized patient. I was thankful for such an exceptional staff at RAH. Prescilla is to be commended. Thank you and well done!
