I want to express my sincerest appreciation for Dr Neira this morning, I went into my appointment extremely nervous and anxious for the outcome. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Dr Neira. The energy as soon as he walked into the room immediately shifted and you couldn't help but smile. He was thorough, explained everything plainly and with such exuberance if he would have given me not so great news you would have never known it.
