Dear Dr Peters, Thank you so much for your great care of Jim Buckingham. You encouraged him to continue his active life style and take his pills at times that would allow him to continue to ski and paddle. He always felt able to contact you if he was having problems. Thanks for allowing him to live his full life until the end.
