Crystal, Thank you for ALWAYS going above and beyond for us residents. You make our days brighter. Always including us when planning activities, taking to appointments etc. You always treat us like we are family. you might not realize how it feels for us and especially me, but with COVID, it certainly makes a difference as we cant see our family.
