My 7 year old Son had to visit the Cardiology department at RDRH yesterday, he was nervous about having an ECHO and ECG and speaking to the Doctor. EVERY SINGLE person we encountered in this department went above and beyond for him. From the booking clerk who called us, to the front desk staff who checked us in, the nurse who did his ECG, the echo ultrasound technician (Puneet) was amazingly kind and gentle with Emmett, and the Doctor was great as well. Thank you team for making a scary day turn into a great one for a little boy.
