A huge thank you to RN Colette and LPN Kerri for taking charge last weekend April 45th regarding the entire lock down of the facility. These staff members had no assistance from the Edmonton Unit Manager on call and fielded numerous calls and complaints from visitors and patients. They handed this very professionally and calmed all of us down.
