The biggest, most heartfelt THANK YOU to ChaiLeigh, RN in ER! You not only took exceptional care of my extremely ill father when he came in on the night of June 11, but you made sure my mom (who had a fractured back and wouldn't leave my dad's side) had a comfortable chair to sit in by his side. You were super sweet, explained everything to us as many times as we needed, and were just the most patient, sweet, and kind RN we've encountered in the ER. You are AMAZING at your job, and made a difficult time a bit easier for us. 3
