Very unexpectedly my dad needed a blood transfusion on March 10 and 11th. We had not been through the process before and the staff was great explaining process and ensuring my dad David and mom Joan were understanding and comfortable. It took almost two hours and he is recovering from a tail bone injury, the staff were very attentive to his needs.l
