My wife and I are expecting the birth of our first child in the coming weeks, and have had a difficult pregnancy. We have had several scares, 2 of which involved care on Unit 45 of the Wetaskiwin Hospital, and both times were made infinitely easier by the nursing staff present. The first time, we had no fetal movement for approximately 13 hours, and were fearing the worst. We were scared, in tears, and didn't know what to do. As soon as we got onto Unit 45, we were greeted by a nurse by the name of Corinne, who was easily the most friendly and supportive nurse I have ever dealt with. She was kind, comforting, and explained everything that they were doing to ensure my wife and unborn child
