I accompanied my partner Glen Olmstead to a very busy ER last evening (January 4th) and we wanted to express our appreciation to Eileen, the RN who sited his IV and supervised his treatment. Eileen, your caring approach, consideration, humour and expertise was very much appreciated. All this despite a very busy evening. Thank you!
