To start, my entire experience here has been great and every single staff member has been so amazing! But Muhammad stood out above the rest. He went out of his way to check in when I walked outside, when I was feeling afraid and needed to cry away from my child! His genuine concern for how I was feeling made me feel supported and seen. For the few minutes we talked, his calm nature and tone brought me comfort. Just knowing that people care is sometimes worth more than you know. A total stranger with empathy like his should be recognized always. We could use more people like him in the world!! Thank you for your kindness.
