My husband was brought back to Emergency after being discharged earlier in the day. He was in a great deal of pain and required help. Naomi and Cassandra provided care for him in a professional and calm manner. They listened and were concerned not only about the health concerns my husband was having but also gave me emotional support in a difficult and tiring time.
