I was waiting outside of the washroom to change my baby's nappies, that would have last forever, and there was this lady in pink from afar who came all the way to me to let me know that I can use another washroom available on the other side, very much appreciated her care more than my need to use the washroom. Just want to make sure she'll be commended for her big heart which I happened to observed upon arrival and before we left the hospital that she's trying to entertain kids waiting for Triage.
