I will never forget all your acts of kindness, professionalism, decency taking the time to be a caring human being . I am not sure how to put the words together to say how much you made my hospital stay so much less stressful. I was scared , nervous , but felt so relieved by the behaviours of the staff. There was no difference in shift change.
