On Mon Mar 31 I brought friend Willow Torgerson for an ENT surgery. All I can say is WOW and well done to all of the people we had contact with. From admitting at McCaig to surgery to her room on the 3rd floor in the main building. It was a true pleasure to be surrounded by such caring people. All I can say is thank you!
