After coming to the Stollery for a second opinion, we were so grateful we did. My daughter hit her head, quite significantly, and were sent home by another hospital. But I feel it must have worked out for the best for her, because the care she received from her nurse, Paige, and Dr. Wright and his intern, was exactly what she needed. Not only did they do a much more thorough exam of her, they helped to ease her anxiety, as much as one can in those kinds of circumstances. She left feeling taken care of and at ease.
