Nurse Dee Jay went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. He helped clean up the blood on my pants, got me a change of clothes to make sure I wasn't a mess, and insisted on going out of his way to make things right despite my insistence it was good. He made a stressful day and stressful situation more manageable due to his professional demeanor and genuine care.
