I just wanted to express my gratitude to all the nurses that took care of me after my open heart surgery on December 8 to remove Myxoma tumour from my heart . I wish I could remember everyone’s names, but unfortunately, I do not, but I did want to make sure that each, and every one of you that took care of me know the impact that you had in my recovery. Don was amazing. He took care of me the day after my surgery, and I can’t express enough, my gratitude for his kindness and compassion. Even if he wasn’t my nurse that day, Don always made sure to stop by and see how I was and to say hi to my family. I will forever be grateful for the care that I received in the cardiac ICU .
