Thanks for caring

I don't know how lucky I was to be picked up by an Edmonton Ambulance (Manning) and taken to RAH emergency and into the most wonderful experience for actually having an emergency hip replacement surgery. I CANNOT explain how I was fully taken care of. It makes me feel so bad to hear other people's experiences when I know that we're often cranky and don't treat these people with the HUGE respect they deserve AND we need to do something about the safety and disrespect of some patients in their care. I had two pretty awful nights listening to disgusting words thrown at my teams. This has to stop and just let these dedicated people do their jobs. I'm missing my teams but hear their words.
