Dear Dr. Cross and Emergency Room care team, My husband, Todd Baldwin, was brought in by ambulance on the evening of Thursday, December 11 at approximately 645 PM ( we left around 430 am, Dec 12). We were placed in the ambulance bay waiting room ( for lack of a better description) in the space right across from the nurses station ( I think IC5?). Right from the start, every person that cared for Todd was professional, patient, kind and empathetic. I wish I could provide details re the care we received, however, there is only so much space.
