To Kathy My mother, Violet Sparks, had a bad fall on Thursday June 16, and was in the Emergency room awaiting treatment. Sitting in a wheelchair for six hours was uncomfortable for her. You assisted her onto a stretcher to make her more comfortable and made sure a neck brace was applied. You took her vitals, kept her company and talked to her to make her comfortable the whole time you were getting her ready for treatment. You even went out of your way to later come and check on her and see how she was doing. Your professionalism and sincere dedication to the patient were very evident and very much appreciated.
