Having parked in Lot 9 for a CT Scan I was unsure which way to go. I asked a young lady (staff) in the parking lot for directions. She was leaving to go home. She responded by offering to walk me through to the main floor. She was very gracious and friendly going out of her way to help. Her name was Shan. Also the CT Scan Tech was excellent too.
