Big thank you to the two paramedics who came to transport our resident to RGH Oct 317. In addition to pain, our resident was scared, anxious and confused. Kevin and John were compassionate and understanding. They demonstrated person centered care by talking to her with patience and respect, and gently coaching her through transfer. Well done!
