On the late night shift in the day Surgery Area, Nov.1725 Nov 18th25, I was experiencing a great deal of pain, due to a constricted Urethra. Liana was very caring and suggested a Catheter to relieve my problem, which I consented to. Unfortunately after numerous attempts, she was unable to get one inserted. She then called her supervisor and attempts by this person failed also. She called Urology and attempts from there failed also. During all these other attempts, she stood by my side and added comfort to a very painful situation. Finally she called in two doctors, one on shift which failed. The second Doctor used a scope to succeed. Liana 's compasson and support were commendable.
