Kavitha treated me with such respect both during my time in the Short Stay ward, and afterwards. She offered me the opportunity to shower just prior to my surgery, which was so kind and compassionate. What she did for me after my discharge was above and beyond though. I was sent home without the paper print out of my prescription, once I realized this I contacted the hospital to find out how I could fill the Rx. Kavitha tracked down the script in my files and had it faxed to the pharmacy nearest to me, so I could have the pain relief necessary for my healing. Everyone in the department was wonderful, but Kavitha treated me as a person first and foremost. Thank you.
