You helped my 93 year old mum who was unwell. You were kind and patient. I saw and heard how you coped with a terribly distressed intoxicated person with compassion. The staff from the front door to our departure were respectful and kind. You cope with unimaginable stress during this pandemic which the vast majority of us are incredibly thankful for. We are so grateful for each and every one of you.
