I wanted to say how phenomenal every single staff member was when I was admitted to the ER very sick on January 1 and I hope you can pass this on to the unit manager and the staff on both Emergency and 3B units. The doctor I saw very quickly figured out I was gravely ill and got on lab work and imaging super fast. I then spent 1 week on 3B and the care I received was secondtonone. I could not have asked for better care at an awful and terrifying time in my life and every staff member I encountered was fantastic. Doctors, nurses, lab techs, xray techs, porters, cleaning staff, food services and unit clerks they were all fantastic and should be proud of the care they provide.
