Lovel brightened my day everytime she entered my room to do her job. She interacted with me like I was an old friend. We had a lot of laughs during my stay and I looked forward to seeing her. She did not provide any care as she was in houskeeping but she definitely helped in my recovery with her interactions with me. She made me feel like I mattered and brighten each day during a difficult time in my life. A kind smile, a joke, and a few minutes of her time while she was working made a huge difference in my life. I'll forever be grateful to her and her amazing smile and sense of humor. Three Hill hospital is privileged to have her on staff.
