I recently had an overnight stay to the Emergency Unit at the Grey Nuns hospital. Everyone was very caring and kind, however I would like to say a special thank you to Richard. He was rushed off his feet, but always went the extra mile to give, not only me, but everyone in that Unit, the best of care. Thank you so much Richard.
