When you are having what feels like the worst week of your life, empathy and compassion go a long way and the guy working at the grill has it in spades. Our son is in the nicu and we are terrified. We have received amazing care on the unit and that should not go unnoticed but sometimes it is the care in the unexpected places that counts too.
