On Friday September 18th I was dropped off at South Health Urgent Care by my husband. I was in excruciating pain and the level of care I recieved was absolutely incredible. From the triage nurse to when I was brought back ASAP, the attentiveness of everyone has put me at a loss for words. I was a hard poke and clearly in agony and everyone made sure to get my comfortable and communicate every single thing that went down. I remember feeling bad taking so much time and Kristian told me that I was meant to be here and reassured me that the reason they come to work is to help people like me. I could write a book, but THANK YOU!!! You all were amazing
